Stamford Democrats Weekly Roundup!

Support our work by contributing here

DCC News

Last week, we proudly celebrated Jackie Heftman for her decades of dedicated service to the City of Stamford. Mayor Simmons, along with current and former members of the General Assembly, honored Jackie with official proclamations, recognizing her unwavering commitment to our community, through her work on the Board of Education, the Urban Redevelopment Commission, and the Zoning Board. She has also been an active volunteer and leader in the Democratic Party for years, mentoring many candidates and volunteers, getting new people engaged and involved, as well as serving as DCC Member for District 20 and as Treasurer. Thank you, Jackie, for making Stamford a better place and for your profound impact on our community!
